Getting Started

To book an appointment, simply reach out through the Get in Touch! section. I’ll get back to you, and we can arrange a 15-minute phone consultation or schedule your first session, either online or in person. Before your first session, I’ll provide a consent form and disclosure information for you to review and sign.

Your first session

In our first session, we’ll go over the consent and privacy policies to ensure you understand the therapeutic process. This session will also serve as an intake, where I’ll ask some questions to get a better understanding of your needs. This will help me plan the best approach for you or your child.

Payments

Payment is due 24 hours before the session. You can pay via Interac (using my work phone number: 438-530-5534 or email oliviamaisel@gmail.com) or through PayPal (@OliviaMaisel).

Things to note & cancellation policy

Sessions can last 30, 45, or 60 minutes, and unfortunately, I can't extend the session if you're late. If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the full session. I’ll send a reminder 24 hours before the session, along with a payment reminder.

I look forward to meeting you!
